"A pleasant hotel which could do with a few improvements. However good value and close to shops, beach, buses and tram" (97082654)
Good car parking. Bar/cafe was good when open! Good position for shops, buses and tram
Staff ignored several requests for Chairs for balcony Some mornings no facilities to get a coffee,it was buffet breakfast or nothing. Several things broken in room. Only two parasols by pool

"My wife is pregnant so didn't want to have to walk too far. Unfortunately it was further away than thought to the town centre. I wanted her to have a relaxing weekend away by the pool, but to our dismay the pool was closed for the duration which we knew nothing about or we would never have booked. The price stated that we had to pay at the hotel was not accurate and ended up paying more. Overall we were quite disappointed with our stay." (99691390)

"The hotel is very near of the beach, which it's very pleasant. If you have chance, you can have a beautyfull vew from your room (which was our case): Santa Barbara view & Beah" (99317032)
The climatisation.
A lot of noise in the corridor, it was very disturbing... On TV, the french channel didn't work very well....
