    Attitude of staff. Surprised that the hotel restaurant was closed on Sunday evening, even for residents.

    Delante mismo de la catedral de Burgos!

    El aparcamiento está fuera del hotel, y no solo te cobran por día entero 12€ sino que solo te lo dejan tener hasta las 12h

    "The 44 steps down to the square were no trouble to us, but some guests might be dismayed by them" (97448349)

    The road signs made the hotel easy to find. Without them it would have been a nightmare

    We were in the annexe just across the road from the hotel. It was not manned so we had to press a buzzer (which was always answered promptly) and announce ourselves every time we went to our room or down to the car, which was in a secure park only a few yards away.

    Pleasant room with a nice view overlooking the cathedral. Very peaceful atmosphere.

    Faulty shower.

    The view, the location. The hotel was OK

    You can hear from other rooms; there was no a bar service to buy some water or so, only the mini bar and a restaurant
