"very pleasant.easy to town.bar prices food and drink good.professional bar staff. clean and tidy. overall 7/10" (107100734)
reception brilliant...all personnel met
weekday menu and weekend menu prices...approx 12 then to 26 RIDICULOUS PRICING POLICY GUY needs help! 12 to 17 more reasonable even allowing for staff costs at weekend. slightly better computer in lobby maybe but was fine.gave cheap impression but most hotel are free now and with better quality hardware.

"The location of the hotel makes it difficult to walk into Salamanca because of an awkward cross roads, your receptionist directed us to the nearest bus stop and we managed fine, however, it would have been useful to have had this information prior to our visit. We have also received from you a similar questionnaire in connection with our stay on 7th February, our comments for this are the same." (99768284)
Well equipped warm, comfortabe, reasonably priced.
Lack of tea, coffee making facilities in our room.

Staff quite helpful
Could not park my car. The car park was no good as we could not get in it with the roof box on. I am disabled and the hotel staff would not let me park overnight in their drop off area. We drove around for an hour and finally were lucky to find a space close to the hotel. I was very dissapointed that there was no disabled parking. Would have preferred two pillows but there was only one. No proper restaurant. And finally, the toilet smelt of bad drains.
