"Only negative comment: breakfast menu a bit fussy and pretentious, and restaurant decor definitely not to our taste. Otherwise everything fine." (97849281)

Amazing bathrooms and wonderful to be greeted with a bottle of wine
bed was not terribly comfortable although very large and feel for a hotel of this calibre - water should be free in the bedrooms

"The hotel is excellently decorated throughout creating a relaxing atmosphere and a sense of'getting away from it all'. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and all possible requirements were anticipated and met. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning excellent. Our night at the Palacio Garvey was the last night of a week long stay in the Cadiz area and it was the first night that we actually slept right through! The hotel staff were welcoming, friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble for them. The location of the hotel was also a bonus; it was possible to take in the sights without having to take a car or a bus. Our only regret is that we didn't use the Palacio Garvey as a base for our stay in the area!" (99891174)
Beautiful decor, spacious bedroom and bathroom.
Would have liked a wider choice of menu; particularly a wider choice of breakfasts and snack menu.

"I visted Jerez initially on business and then moved into the city itself. The old part of town is were you want to head to with plenty of bars, restuarants and shops. The numerous churches and castles offer enough to keep you occupied for a while (a weekend perhaps) as are the Bodegas (wineries). The food is great (tapas etc) and we loved the laid back (families eating at gone 11pm) lifestyle. The Hotel Palacio Garvy offers an exceptional level of comfort and service wrapped up in a very affordable plush and contemporary setting." (99621094)
Beautiful hotel, amazing room and service. Exceptionally clean. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Definately would recommend!
I failed to connect to either the LAN or the WiFi (but that was probably my incompetence.) I did not ask someone to fix it because I could quite easily use the free ADSL in the lobby which was fine.
