"We chose the selection menu in the top floor restaurant, this was superb and gave us 2 hours of eating pleasure; pricey but worth it. However, could not justify the cost of the breakfast so we ate in the station cafe - not such good views though!!! Staff very helpful, couldn't fault them, first class. Atmosphere in bar restaurant on ground floor not too good for a relaxing meal - too many people drinking very nearby; bit too loud and busy - little partition would be good. Everywhere was spotlessly clean." (99633567)
Comfortable and clean and spacious. Good view from requested high room.
Would have liked a greater range of Tea Bags, more traditional tea, some chocolate sachets, and some decent amount of proper milk - there is a fridge in the room, why not proper milk?

"Die Aussicht vom Restaurant Visual im 23. Stock ist toll, das Essen allerdings eher teuer und nicht seinen Preis wert. Leider. Dafür gibt es ein feines Frühstücksbuffet im gleichen Ambiente. Die Zimmer sollten auf der Seite des Montjuic sein, da der Baulärm hier sicher nicht zu hören ist." (99086412)
Äusserst nettes und kompetentes Personal, hilfreich bei Ausflügen, Buchungen, usw. Gute Lage
Der Baulärm rund um das Hotel, welcher noch eine Weile andauern wird.

Considero que para los viajeros de negocios el desayuno debería estar incluido, especialmente cuando el hotel sabe que hay eventos especiales y que van a tener una mayor afluencia de personas por motivo del evento.
Debe tener un reloj en la habitacióin.
