"I would like to have realised the hotel wasn't easy walking from Gerona bars and restaurants and the sights. Inwould suggest that a shuttle bus be made available at certain times." (99819391)
Very clean and modern
A very tiring walk back from the city up very steep hills.

"I would thoroughly recomend this hotel to a business traveller, but it was a little out of the way for anyone just on a weekend trip. Trying to find a taxi for the return trip up the hill (not for the faint hearted,if walking! !!) was a nightmare, so make sure you have a phone number for taxis handy!! Though overall had a pleasant stay with helpful friendly staff." (99996173)
rooms very tastefully decorated, free mini bar ,nice touch, aslo coffee, soft drinks free in public areas
qite a walk up a very steep hill, not central for tourist, though excellent for business traveller,to who this hotel was more geared. wireless connection to internet, great! but I dont take a laptop on hol, so yet again more for business traveller. I felt it would have a spa/pool facility in a new modern hotel of this type

"Hotel Bellavista is positioned in an elevated position close to the historic old town of Girona and enjoys a panoramic view of the city and mountains beyond. At just over 20 Euros for a taxi from the airport we were checked in to the hotel within 40 minutes of landing. then, once settled in, it's only a 10 minute walk into the main shopping area and historic quarter with its narrow streets, city walls and numerous restaurants. The free mini bar in our room and coffee, cold refreshments and nibbles in the reception area were an added bonus for a wonderful weekend break. We were glad that we brought a selection of CDs with us as the bedroom was well equipped with audio system and multi-channel TV although we mised not having the BBC world service. We would definitely consider a return visit." (99359808)
Pleasant, fresh and contemporary

"Although a steep hill from the town up to the hotel, there were plenty of taxis around and the views from the hotel are wonderful." (97086363)
