"Very convenient if visiting the convention centre but 10 minute taxi ride to plaza d'espana. No facilities in the immediate location of the hotel. Road / industrial area construction nearby. Staff generally very courteous and helpful." (99839712)
Close to the Convention centre Breakfast choice limited but good value for money
High price charged during convention A/C did not work at first - had to be switched on at reception but this was not mentioned during check-in View from the room was of office / warehouse building

chambre sobre, mais trés agréable. hotel situé dans une zone industriel, vraiment pratique pour se garer et pas loin du centre.

"i was staying with my fiance and requested a larger room with sofa. the room was decent sized, but not a great value for the money. i booked online and requested 2 extra pillows and towels. they were not provided and i had to re-request them after arrival. the reception personnel were not the most likable either. the bar closed before 10 o'clock, so there was nothing there to eat or drink when we arrived. overall, i would not stay there again. the staff was unfriendly and the service was not up to par."
