"Newly refurbished to an excellent standard. Staff very attentive and provide excellent service. Excellent buffet breakfast over the weekend although can get very busy at peak times,necessitating some waiting around. Dinner was excellent - both food and service." (97505195)
Modern clean furnishings, friendly staff, excellent service
Small wardrobe! Fine for a weekend break but awkward for those staying longer.

Room (and entire hotel) very well-fitted-out, room facilities all new and working and very clean, excellent shower, comfortable bed.
Heating either too cold or too hot (best left off, that was fine).

"The hotel is beautiful, convenient, staff is good and professional. this is the only hotel I stayed in london (out of 4) have lifts and a proper baggage storage room. and the room is big enough and at least the wall is not that thin! Highly recommended for future stay." (97513123)

"The hotel is extremely handy for Euston station. I was able to leave my bag at the hotel and then pick it up before I went for my train. I Have stayed in the hotel and knew how convenient it was for Euston station." (97592353)
Clean and comfortable. Very quiet and there was a varied and good choice for breakfast.
There were no dislikes.

"it's hard to say but i would check the location, how many star is the hotel, it's a new hotel or old hotel....etc when i make the booking." (99313536)
clean is the most improtant thing and of course good location for travelling is very important too
non-smoking room is not available. bathroom is too small.

"We checked in at midnight, and left the next morning without breakfast, as £15 per head was too expensive for us. It looked very appealing however. So we really saw very little of the hotel. But our stay was very comfortable, the bed was huge, the heating and air conditioning easily controlled, the facilities in the room and bathroom were excellent, and we weren't disturbed by any noise. We met only one member of staff - at checkin - he was efficient and friendly." (99638141)

"this hotel has very nice rooms, eveything is new and modern. To be noticed that it is a 100% non-smoking hotel. I'll remember my breakfast for a long time, as the fruits juice and scrambled eggs as far as smoked salmon were delicious. only frustration : the area where the hotel is located is very calm. Not so easy to walk quickly to a more living part of London" (99047799)
definitely the quality of the breakfast !
a stupid thing but no capability to plug any electric equipment in the bathroom like a shaver !
