    Close to disney & very good bus service to & fro. All staff friendly & helpful

    Directions to hotel could be better, & at busy times check in & departure times Could do with more staff on reception.

    "I was hoping that being a Holiday Inn it might be more business orientated. It's certainly a family hotel but with a bit of an identity crisis. Certainly adequate though for my needs." (97511545)

    Location to nearest main line station and shuttle bus facility.

    Too many children but then it was a Disney-based hotel.

    The rooms were more than we expected, the cleaness is very important and cant fault it at all.
