    Le service restauration, bar, café de l' hôtel. Un personnel trés serviable.

    pas de navette aéroport hôtel, et obliger de payer environ 30euros pour 5à 7 minutes de taxi!!!

    small things not working eg shower tap had to be propped up with hair clip to make it work, and tv fuzzy.hopper bus expensive @ £4 each

    The friendly and helpful attitude of staff at this hotel was quite outstanding. Although it is close to the airport, we found the soundproofing to be excellent.

    That we were able to aquire an extention to our overnight stay by way of late check out on our arrival at the hotel at an acceptable rate.

    Computer for which we paid fo was not working, however, we received a credit with no problem. Would like to have had a faucet with ability to get warm water not just hot or cold unless filled basin.

    This is the first time i have stayed at your hotel and it gave a good overall impression. Helpful staff, modern secure lifts with entry operated by room cards. Breakfast excellent.

    Felt secure - single female. Staff very polite and try to be helpful - sometimes language difficulty. Not affected by aeroplane noise, but room ventilation noisy & air con noisy.

    Restaurant staff did not have a good understanding of what drinks were available from the bar. Fruit salad very disappointing - only apple & orange and 3 grapes.

    Would have preferred the option of a continental breakfast rather than only the Full English one.

    "I think the on-line description should include views of the rooms, so we order what we want. The staff was friendly and helpful; having a customer relations person on hand was definitely a help, answering questions, etc. when the reception staff was busy with other customers. It should be noted that the shuttle is 4 pounds per person, not trivial, when compared with those who offer free shuttle." (97827623)

    Clean, simple and inexpensive. Convenient to Heathrow airport. A minor complaint about desiring two beds instead of one was resolved to our complete satisfaction... the staff was very friendly and helpful.

    Everything costs extra... the shuttle to the airport, Internet access, breakfast, parking to name a few. No exercise facilities or pool/hottub.

    "Selected an inside room - very quiet. Slept soundly - ideal for rest before long flight. Excellent having a coffee shop in the foyer. Very comfortable and good value for money.     I found the accomaodation vey good. Rooms clean and tidy.

    I didn't find anything that I didn't like about the accomaodation.

    "Low-budget-hotel where you shouldn`t expect any comfort. Paid 55 pounds on weekend-rate but considering the room would be 85 during weekdays it`s far too expensive!! Would not recommend it at all!" (97117124)

    The large rooms and the open space of the entrance / reception area.

    Not able to store baggage beyond 24 hours. Especially in the case of being in transit this would have been very helpful

    clean just what we needed and near Twickenham rugby which we came for. The staff were helpful with transport etc and bar open when we returned early sunday morning! We will come agaon.

    Parking fee of £8.00 a night/ day why cant it be free for hotel residents?

    The rooms were very clean and in excellent condition. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was fantastic. the 24h costa coffee was a life saver!

    greeting of staff members, good size bedroom, clean and quiet. No disturbances.

    the room was abit cold even when using the air warmer. The food price should be included in the price when staying at the hotel. Also car park should be free for guests at the hotel.

    "We have no complaints about the hotel. There was a problem with booking in as there was some problem allocating a room so it must have taken about 15/20 minutes. The gentleman booking us is was apologetic and very friendly and did all that he could. We were finally given our room and from then on everything was good. Both my sister in law and myself would use this hotel again." (97132714)

    The hotel is in a good location with a hopper bus to the airport. The accommodation was good and you can get a good meal and drink in the bar.
