    -appartement très agréable et très confortable -très bon accueil du personnel -très bon rapport qualité/prix

    -l'appartement n'était pas suffisement chauffé à notre arrivée -navette pour eurodisney pas assez fréquente et mal indiquée pour rejoindre la résidence

    Rooms clean and plenty of facilities, proximity to Disneyland Paris

    Only one problem and that is the bus drivers on shuttle buses are very unhelpful.

    Lovely place. More like a hotel more than self catering accomodation. Friendly staff. Easy check in.

    The space was good - the separate rooms made a real difference to us The facilities were pretty comprehensive Location was good Free bus to Disney was useful

    No grill/oven/toaster Could get a little noisy Not very clean or modern Long queues at reception Free bus to Disneyland got PACKED and that was out of season, so dread to think what it would be like in peak season. Was difficult to book as couldn't specify num of children of adults during booking process, just num of guests and it assumed they were all adults

    The hotel rooms are spacious, well equipped, comfortable and clean...unlike other hotels, one very good thing about Pierre & Vaccanes is it can accomodate many people in one room, its very suitable for those with a big family comprising of many kids.It gives me a feel of home especially when it has its own cooking area, fridge, dishwasher and even cooking utensils....I would say this is one of the best place that i had ever stayed.

    Although the exterior of the hotel looks very new, however, i am quite disppointed that some of the wall and ceiling paints had peeled off. However, the hotel staffs had explained that they are currently undergoing some renovations to rectify the problems.

    "Some apartments did not have a kettle & this should come as standard. A hairdryer would also have been useful. However, overall a nice place to stay with plenty of shops & restaurants nearby.Plug on bath broken but was fixed same day as advised staff. Overall would recommend these apartments & would stay again." (97353746)

    These were well equipped apartments, in a good location & offering good value for money.

    We moved apartments twice due to fridge being warm - to be told later that this is normal as fridge needs to be opened?! Also lack of shuttle buses to Disney after 10.30am.

    Excellent split level accomodation.Kitchen bedroom and toilet downstairs with double bedroom,bathroom and balcony upstairs.Comfortable beds and very quiet at night.Hotel only 5 minutes from Disney.

    Only slight criticism was that the paint on the ceiling in both bathrooms was severely peeling off as though they'd used the wrong type of paint in the first place.All other decor was fine though.

    Clean, Modern, Prime location, Reasonably Priced,Very Comfortable..

    closeness to disney park and pool.

    poor standard of decor and cramped rooms . couldnt bend down in loo without opening door ! ceilings were flaking and need of repair. price of breakfast was extortionate for what was offered, most people were going to local cafe s for take aways !

    the hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. The hotel was in an excellent location for disney and took 5 minutes on the bus which stopped right outside the hotel it was always on time and FREE !

    ther were no bad points - the pool was a bit chilly so the kids couldnt swim.

    "Nice area, has come on since the last time we visited which was 5 years ago. It is easy to get into Paris and visit disneyland. One park one visit seemed a good option for a day in each of the parks which was just enough time, I was surprised that this option was not highlighted more, as it was the best value for money."     Good size accommodation, convenient for local facilities and shops, good pool, friendly atmosphere.

    Noisy street repair outside close to room early in the morning, and weather not great. I don't blame the hotel for either of these! Shuttle bus was a bit packed, and real time information at the park was inaccurate, it stated that the last bus had already gone - and then one turned up.

    Hotel was excellant for the location to disneyland and the shopping centre for meals and food shopping. Also the free shuttle bus.

    I think for the price paid per night there could have been more toilet roll in the room! Was not aware at 10pm that we had to buy more and the shops were shut! Also there was no change at the desk for the drinks machine!...not good! The blankets on the beds were really bad....looked like they,d been in a dog basket!...Quilts would have been better.

    The location was excellent, right next to the shopping centre, restaurants, transport (to get to the centre of Paris)and disney. The area was lovely. Free shuttle buses to disney were good. The pool facilities and the set up on the apartments with their own kitchen and balcony were great. When our plate in the microwave shattered it was replaced the following day, like we were told.

    The apartments could do with a paint as their are marks over the walls and even some writing. The beds weren't the comfiest. Also could do with a couple more shuttle services to disney around midday - as if you miss the one before 12pm, the next is about 3 hours away.
