    "I booked this hotel blindly, not realizing where it was situated in the city, and luckily it was right in the heart of the city. I think this could be put more clearly on the information on the internet," (97964311)

    it was close to the city, it was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful

    it was a little expensive

    Good location

    Small bathroom and room. No air condiioning, due to the fact that the Hotel is situated in a busy street, it was difficult to leace the windows open at night because of the noise.

    "great place have stayed here four different times in the past couple of years" (107631460)

    excellent location for visitor walking tours of city, also directly to the airport via bus or subway and of course the train station. Breakfast was beyond compared to all the other hotels I stayed during my travels

    Your receptionist front desk personnel were very helpful and nice

    Fan in the room would cut off after certain amount of time. Wished it would stay on all night.

    Great location for Oktoberfest

    The hallway had a moldy odor but the room was ok.

    "How this is classed as a 4 star hotel is beyond me. Our room was small and cramped, the air conditioning was a plug in fan which was extremely noisy. The bathroom shower curtain had mould on it and some of the tiles needed to be regrouted. No extras were provided in the room other than a minibar - although in fairness everything was available on request if needed. The hotel is located very convenient to the main railway station but the surrounding streets are seedy and I would not have felt safe walking back to it on my own at night. On the plus side the breakfast buffet was excellent and substantial and the hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the main shopping area." (99285092)

    Very clean, staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was outstanding. The best we had during our 18 days in Europe.

    When I made our reservation, I requested a quiet, no smoking room, but when I checked in the clerk said our room was not quiet. We had to settle for a smoking room in the quiet section. We hate smoke!!
