    Dirty! Hair was in the waste bin! The whole hotel is in need of a complete re fit Curtains filthy carpets thread bare

    "Value for money it was excellent. Stayed 3 weeks in UK and your hotel was great value. We only spent sleeping hours there as we had full days and evenings so it suited our purpose and budget." (97920321)

    web site advised of free bus to heathrow terminal which we used each day for underground to London. Shuttle by hotels too expensive. Appreciated the info

    Got a faulty thermostat at 50 yrs old and would have liked to be able to turn the roon down to lower temp. Bed also had some degree of roll together. You were too expensive on the food available at hotel

    Close to T1, T2 & T3, modern room, comfortable bed.

    Bit of a pain to get to late at night due to 30min frequency of the Hoppa Bus

    Club room access

    Extreamly expensive local phone calls. No airconditioning.

    Convenient for Heathrow airport and we wish to book for another nights stay on Tuesday 5th August but are hesitant for the reason below.

    When we booked out of the hotel we were very annoyed that an error had been made with the charging of £199 for the one night and not £71 as pre-booked on the internet - how did this happen???? an adjustment had to be made and we are waiting to see what was taken from our credit card at time of booking.

    They charge GBP 15 for Internet and charge for it even at the lobby or GBP 3 for a soda at the minibar. In my opinion this causes nobody but corporate clients consuming

    The hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms where nice and the bed was ridiculously comfortable. The conference centre was good and had everything that we required.

    The front desk staff upon check in where a little bit cold and seemed reticent to help or raise a smile. All other staff where very pleasant and helpful.

    "I booked this hotel online about 6 or so months before our stay. We were travelling as a group of 10 adults and needed an overnight stay. When we arrived at the hotel, it took over an hour to check in, because they seemed to have no rooms for us!!! although we had the documentation to proove they should have, so they had to work hard to fit us all into the rooms we had booked - so very disappointed in this as we were all tired as it was midnight, and we were in transit so did not need to be waiting around for an hour whilst they sorted the mess out. On saying this, we liked the rooms and the hotel, but I believe they had overbooked their hotel, and my booking was completely overlooked." (97781297)

    The Beds!! absolutely wonderful and the Pillows too!

    "The food was quite good. The mixed drinks are a little weak for the price." (97142185)

    The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was crisp and fresh.

    It was very misleading to say that the use of the computer to print out boarding passes was complimentary. Complimentary to me means FREE not $10.00 and we made a mistake while printing it out so the whole experience ended up costing us $20.00. I am more accustomed to this being free in hotels.

    Room service meal was good. Bar service was good.

    Arrogance at check by receptionist. Gratuities paid on bills go to hotel and not to serving staff.

    "We were happy with every aspect of our stay. However the cost of eating there was too much for a family, especially breakfast. I found the online booking great with the exception of the 'status' of the child and needed to ring the help line to get clarification." (99488442)

    Clean, tidy, efficient, friendly and we didn't hear a single plane!

    The only negative was if anything was even moved in the mini bar, it's cost was then added to the bill

    "Comfortable and quiet, (except when the aircraft were using a nearby runway). " (97975733)

    Excellent Continental breakfast. We also appreciated having coffee and tea making supplies in the room. The beds were very comfortable. The window opened, too. We like a little fresh air.

    The refrigerator was stocked with drinks (alcoholic and pops and juice)that were quite high priced. If we took anyting out, it would be added to our bill. It would have been nice if the refrigerator had a section we could have put in our own stuff we wanted to keep cool e.g. chocolate or milk.

    Good location. nice cooffee shop and lounge facilities

    Mini bar problems Charges appear fro use not correct.Told opening mini bar activates acharge. how can one open the mini bar to see whats on offer or to use the fridge. Seems any use of the min bar should be substantiated by a sign slip.

    "Pleasant" (97531161)

    The room is comfortable and very good value for money. It's location is excellent particularly for me on this trip as I was transiting through to Paris the next day.

    The major area of disappointment was the toilet. I took a bath and from the bath I could see below the rim of the toilet which was filthy and had obviously ha not been cleaned properly for some time!

    The room was nice and big; nice clean bathroom; and the pillows were heaven. The nicest room we stayed in on our trip.

    some of the wallpaper, especially in the bathrooms needed updating.
