    The staff were the main problem. Very unprofessional and uncommunicative.

    "Convenience to the airport is the biggest attraction. The airport transfer shuttle bus was on time and efficient. Overall this was good value for money." (97199967)

    Comfortable beds. Good restaurant in house.

    "The hotel is an excellent place to stay overnight close to the airport. The staff is courteous and English-speaking. The room was tastefully decorated and the bed comfortable. The breakfast buffet, served in the hotel restaurant, is ample and offers good variety. If you have a car, there are excellent seafood restaurants near the water in Fiumicino Centro. The street on which the hotel is located is just a thoroughfare and doesn't have any shops, cafes or much of interest within walking distance. You can make reservations for very reasonably priced shuttle to the airport (every 20 minutes, 6 Euros). My only complaint was the shuttle driver seemed to be running late and told everyone to get out at terminal B, even though some of us had international flights in terminal C. Terminal C was not that far away, but it was annoying to have to lug baggage the extra distance because the driver couldn't be bothered to take us to the correct terminal." (99548897)

    clean, comfortable, well furnished room, everything in working order, very convenient to Da Vinci airport

    No shops or anything of interest on street within walking distance

    "We picked this hotel based on the location near airport. The 2 kilometer ride to airport was the most expensive taxi ride of our whole trip to Rome, Florence, and Venice. No shuttle early enough for our 6:30 am flight. The airconditioning was broken - no discount. The shower was extremely small. Was definitly the worst hotel of our trip and was the same price as other hotels conveniently located with better rooms and service throughout Italy. We did get our 3 am wake up call. Just needed to get to airport early. We needed more info about hotel before we booked." (97574857)

    Not Much...A clean bed, Hot/cold water. A wake up call

    Air conditioning broken...extreem small shower, No shuttle to airport early enough for our flight.

    Great location 2km away from Rome airport. 10 euro cab trip. Big room comfortable bed

    The reception staff were not friendly or helpful at all

    "Computer unable to generate receipt at checking out. Took 15 minutes to get a handwritten receipt. Overall hotel is not very attractive and check in man was unfriendly and unhelpful." (97196767)

    Shower difficult to manage. Holes in bedroom walls. Inadequate bedding.

    The balcony was beautiful, the bed comfortable, and everything worked great.
