i enjoyed all aspects of accomodations. there is one particular employee i would like to recognize who was very helpful with our baggage, spoke and conducted himself in a very professional manner after waiting over 35 minutes for the shuttle from the airport. the service he provided truly was a start to a great stay, even if it was only for a night. i do not remember his name, however, after speaking with him he is of Filipino descent and aspires to become a private security guard. Please send him my best wishes as well as the rest of your staff for a wonderful experience.
the only part i did not enjoy was due to the lack of insulation in the construction of your hotel. guests in surrounding rooms could be heard very disctincly and made it a bit disturbing to sleep.

"Hotel over priced for what I was offered and I think the Star rating is a little too optimistic. The breakfast was good except the coffee was not fresh but out of a pre mix machine! On the bonus side the free transport to and from the airport was good." (97774370)
On the second floor of the hotel the corridors were in desperate need of re-decoration. Wall paint flaking and the carpet very very worn showing holes. The room I was allocated was a twin I requested a Double for Single Occupany! The room was very dated and needs upgrading, re-painting new furnishing. bathroom in need of decoration.

"We chose this hotel because it was near the airport and also had a shuttle which was great. The choice of cafes and restaurants in the hotel was an added bonus and the bedroom was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful." (99631970)

en general mi experiencia fue buena
la falta de nevera y accesorios de higiene;tal como cepillo y pasta de dientes;como asi tambien,falta de lustra zapatos descartables.

near the airport & areport pick up & able to get some thing to eat & drink when arriving late at night
noise from loud televisions in other rooms. Doors slamming because they do not fit properly.

la propreté de la chambre et la navette reliant l'hôtel à l'aéroport
Hôtel assez bruyant durant la nuit (bruits à l'intérieur même de l'hôtel) sans doute dus aux voyageurs arrivant et partant à toutes heures de la nuit
