    "it's far from the airport, but it doesn't matter because there is a free shuffle from the airport and they picked me up at 1am and i really appreciated it!" (97011650)

    very nice, clean, i loved it! excellent price/quality ratio! staff very polite i felt like a queen. it is safe for everyone.

    accueil chaleureux, personnel comptétent, Chambre correcte

    pas de flechage ni d'indication pour trouver l'hotel, Pas de chaine de television Française , toutes sauf la française!! Petit déjeuner frugal ( pas trop de chpix) Manque la piscine ( avec ces chaleurs à madrid)

    "The hotel was adequate for the money but suffered from plumbing smells and was very isolated on a dual carriageway.Despite offering an airport transfer service this took ages to arrive on the first day and they refused us the service on day 2 when we wanted to go to the airport to meet others but were not flying!A taxi was 20 Euros Some staff seemed only concerned to make sure you only got what you were paying for and one was watched like a hawk in the breakfast room!"     This hotel has a superb bar and reasonable restaurant with very attentive staff

    The reception staff and breakfast room staff seemed only concerned with whether one was paying and not much about customer satisfaction.
