    "Installations sanitaires vétustes, installations VMC bruyantes la nuit, heureusement que j'ai emmené des boules quies sans quoi je n'aurais pu dormir. Description de l'accès pas claire : de la rue on ne voit que l'enseigne Balladins et pas La Roselière." (97267679)

    NS AVONS PAYE LA TAXE DE SEJOUR ALORS QUIL EST STIPULE DS LE CONTRAT DE RESERVATION QUE NS NE SOMMES PAS CONCERNES 8 EUROS !!!!!!!

    Acceuil très agréable - menu complet pas cher (20Euro 3plats) - Insonorisation parfaite... enfant de 3mois et nos amis enfant d'18mois dans la chambre voisine... aucun problème

    Attention, pas de restauration le we, c'est fou ca!!! A changer rapidement

    "The hotel appears to not be doing well and trying to cut corners with minimal staff and maintenance. The door was open when we arrived but noone else was staying there and no staff appeared for an hour to check us in. This felt very unsafe. When someone did appear he was totally unreasonable about changing rooms even though it appeared that there was noone else staying there. This cut into our planned touring time in Lyon. Our room was tiny with no room for luggage, leaking toilet, broken drain, 2 thin towels, and unclean floor. The hotel is convenient to the Lyon airport." (3304587811)

    Only its convenience to the airport from which we had to leave very early in the morning.

    Noone was there when we arrived to check us in. Waited an hour for someone to show up. Room was extremely small, toilet leaked onto floor, floor was dirty, there was no room for a modest amount of luggage. We were given only 2 thin towels for first night. There was no way to get a car near the entrance to unload luggage. It had to be carried from the parking lot. Outside door was left open late at night with noone in attendance. Entrance to hotel is unattractive with unused fountains with exposed black plastic and some rocks, no water. Room decor is bizarre in some cases, with strange zebra decor in first we were assigned.

    "Friendly staff. Dinner (menu 17 Euro) was good value (basic, but fine). The hotel is unusual (pretty kitsch - but nicer than an anonymous chain and we enjoyed our night there)" (3304418941)

    "Directions were good and clear. We arrived late at night. We were expected. We were provided with a non smoking room. The themed rooms were fun. We were able to buy a drink and to settle our bill the night before leaving. Breakfast was of a good standard." (3304177964)

    "We used the hotel for the purpose of catching an early flight out of Lyon. It was therefore conveniently close to the airport & we would certainly use it again for this purpose or if travelling through/via Lyon again. We also thought the restaurant was excellent, & very convenient for our late arrival/early departure. The staff's organisation of a wake-up call & the taxi was also very efficient." (2772972)

    clean, quiet, nice feel to the hotel overall.

    only that my French was not very good & the young man at check-in did not have good English so it made things a bit difficult!

    "Reception simple - asked to pay on arrival because leaving early for airport. No help offered, nor suggestion of early breakfast. Bar closed - which after long drive a regret and since no other facilities available no possibility of even a drink of water. Possible I could have had something to eat in restaurant - which I did not need. Room very basic and bedside lights did not work. Decor not to my taste." (99492457)
