    "Thank you Hesperia Lucentum Hotel, it was such a lovely way to spend our Easter break, we will definitely recommend this hotel..fabulous work, we really loved this hotel and Alicante too!" (97840366)

    Concierge were extremely helpful, lovely service and always with a smile! They helped to organise car hire and even called around to find us a pharmacy that was open on Sunday, just great!! The breakfast staff were also lovely too, always greeting us with a smile! The room was immaculately clean and the facilities were great too... in good location to beach and Bencantil mountain too...

    "Voir ci-dessus pour le petit déjeuner. En dépit des remarques ci-dessus, notre séjour a été très agréable et nous le referions avec plaisir à cette saison car on a déjà l'impression d'être en été." (97757058)

    Excellent petit déjeuner, le meilleur buffet que j'aie vu, chambre tranquille, personnel souriant, serviable et aimable. Très bonne situation: tout est accessible à pied.

    Le fait que nous n'ayons pas pris de petit déjeuner le jour de notre arrivée (ce qui nous semblait logique, puisqu'un petit déjeuner suit en général une nuit d'hôtel et ne la précède pas) et qu'il nous ait tout de même été facturé. Le taxi que nous avons commandé le soir avant notre départ n'est pas venu et nous avons dû en appeler un autre , ce qui nous a permis d'arriver juste à temps au check-in et que nous n'avons pas pu faire de visite au tax-free shop.

    "Overall a great hotel in a good central location. Nice clean bedrooms and facilities, but the staff could be a bit more friendly and helpful and I dont think the bar should be in the lobby, it should be seperate." (99583509)

    Its location and the bedrooms, and the jacuzzi, sauna and gym.

    The lack of information regarding the bar and restaurant...no real bar area where you could go and have a drink or a coffee, it was in the main lobby!

    This is a beautiful hotel in a great location in Alicante,fantastic breakfast would stay here again.

    Unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn't working during our stay, would normally use this facility in any stay as we always book a hotel with this facility.

    "Hotel was central, and within walking distance of main shopping area and centre. Theatres also in the same vicinity. The marina and beach were also close by." (99789079)

    Staff very helpful.The buffet breakfast was sumptious.

    No cubicles/locker in gym/sauna area for clothing and entrycard There was no information in the room about places of interest or local attractions. The brochure on services did however say that the staff would be able to help with this.
