Excellent location, especially for an early flight out of Heathrow, but finding it was a little difficult (through the car park). Getting to Terminal 5 took 30 mins from the hotel, but T2 and T3 are right there.

The room was clean and had everything necessary for a nights sleep. I like having complimentary glass bottled water. The breakfast was only so-so. Possibly powdered eggs, pre-made microwaved pancakes, that kind of thing.

When we arrived the registration system was down but we were given a free drink voucher at the bar. This was appreciated but the bar service lacked any service or customer service. The restaurant service on the other hand was superb, thanks to our waiter Lennon. Our room was very comfortable and clean. No sound whatsoever from the airport. Before arriving, I needed to investigate how we would get to the hotel from the airport and found information on the Hotel Hoppa bus. It would be beneficial if the hotel advertised this information to advise how easy it is to get to the hotel using this service. We found the bus stop outside the arrivals of terminal 2/3. The bus was H2X Renaissance Hotel. Also, a brief description on where to locate the Hoppa from at each terminal. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

I booked this as I had a fairly early flight which I thought would go from T3 (but it went from T5!). Anyway - if I were to stay around the airport again I'm not sure it's good value for money despite the convenience - compared with other options available - as you still have to either get the Heathrow Express (free connection) or walk quite a distance from T3/T2 train/underground station as the hotel is really at T2. Heathrow is a bit of a maze anyway - it's a big sprawling airport, and the signage to the hotel was a bit confusing - however the link to the YouTube video that was attached to my booking was SUPER helpful and I'd advise anyone moving through terminals to the hotel to watch it. The hotel itself is lovely and staff were great - I just felt I'd spent a lot of money for a convenience that ended up not being so convenient in the end.

Perfect for pre flight ( or post flight) stay for Heathrow.
Perfect for pre flight ( or post flight) stay for Heathrow. 4 mins to Terminal 3. Lovely welcoming lobby & staff. Delicious meals ( and great service) in the Markeylt Garden Restaurant. Thoroughly recommend. We booked a taxi (£17) for the airport as it was only £4 more than the bus would have been. Bus stops every 30 mins.

The most convenient solution for overnight stays to catch a flight in LHR for early next morning. Our flight was very early so we didn't get a chance to see how the breakfast is, so I cannot comment on that, even though it would have been even pricier to add 2 breakfasts.

Hilton was easy to get to arriving into Heathrow.
Hilton was easy to get to arriving into Heathrow.
Rooms were very comfortable, clean and had tea/coffee facilities.
Staff very helpful and the meals and restaurant well appointed with great view over kitchen garden with a pond and ducks.
Nice bar area for an evening drink after a busy day.
Easy to catch the underground to London from T4 terminal.
I can understand why this hotel got good reviews. It was relatively cheap compared to most hotels. The breakfast was superb, the room was large and more than adequate. Very clean and very warm in the middle of winter. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. I have stayed in 5 star hotels in the centre of London that do not match this hotel for important features like cleanliness, good warm and inviting environment, friendly and attentive staff, excellent breakfast. This hotel has got everything and am amazed it was Premier Inn.
perfect location easy bus ride from outside hotel to Hatton Cross tube station £2 then directly into central London £6,
easy regular bus to Twickenham from outside hotel and only £2 with one easy change at Hounslow Central plus hotel half price compared to central London, If your a rugby fan and go to Twickenham leaving from central London is a nightmare with thousands of people packed onto trains if you stay here your going west to east it’s quiet and easy you can arrive at any time that suits you with no stress at all
It's a 2-level hotel with easy in/out access to/from LHR T5 within 5-7 min via the POD, thus a convenient access to the London Underground. It's also accessible by bus to explore the immediate vicinities of Hounslow and Slough, two London suburbs. Overall a very good accommodation: very clean room, comfy bed, strong Wifi, good hot breakfast (full English and/or continental choices, fresh fruit, espresso). The dining room overlooks T5 runway. The staff are very friendly and helpful, reception is open 24/7.
Ibis Hotel Heathrow is a great place to stay. Very nice and helpful staffs, very clean room and very welcoming lobby area. Location is perfect for travelling to Heathrow, 10 mins by bus. Good public transport both to Heathrow and towards Central London.
Breakfast was nice but pretty basic, I wish they could add more fruits to go with cereals. Mushrooms was always ran out and was not refilled. But staffs were always very polite and always ready to help.
The rooms were a very good size with a kitchenette that was well
equipped. The washroom was equally roomy and all was very clean. If only there was an easier way to get from T5 to hotel without booking a driver I would say this was the best hotel stay I’ve had in London and great if one only requires an overnight for a flight from Heathrow. I did get a driver from We Know and they were excellent but it was a bit pricey to only go a couple of kilometres
Perfect location for an early flight! Comfortable bed. The staff at both Hilton Garden Inns where exceptional. I showed up to the wrong one that is off site from the airport, and the staff there was super helpful in getting me to the correct one. The staff at the terminal where able to check in me in early, I was able to easily get the underground into London for the evening and then back to the hotel for a very early wake up for my flight.
Used this hotel as a base for an overnight visit. Polite staff, easy check in. Cosy room with everything we needed for one night. No charges for parking on site and no extra charge for wi-fi. Our room was in garden buildings away from the main hotel so very quiet.
A few minutes walk from the tube station making great access to travel into London. Waitrose opposite so grabbed a pastry for breakfast.
The room was spacious and clean, the staff reacted quickly to my requests, were friendly and helpful and understanding of different circumstances. I was able to transfer to and from the airport with ease and stay in excellent accommodation that is generally more convenient and nicer than other hotels in the area.
loved the apartments
very spacious rooms
had all the kitchen amenities etc
very near to bus station and metro
tesco express just below the hotel
5 min walk to hayes town where u have plenty of restaurants/supermarkets etc
overall the staffs were super helpful
specially Mr Omar and young lady Aliya
This was a rush booking on my part for a London layover. It worked so well as the HHop bus was right there at pickup and took me directly to the hotel in about 5 minutes. So the room was very convenient and clean. It is basic and perfect for a few hours sleep in rush.
Location easy to find. Next to bus stop so easy access to Uxbridge. Very friendly welcome. Swimming pool and outside looked good. Beds comfortable. The house was very nice on the outside and there was adequate parking.
Staff were very helpful. The location was great as I needed convenient access to Uxbridge, Hillingdon and Harefield. The hotel is attached to a lovely pub, which was also convenient! Good local bus service too.
The location was close to the bus stop which was maybe 10 minutes from the Uxbridge tube station. The area itself is nothing special at all other than being close to the tube station we needed.
Restaurant in the hotel had an amazing burger. Short walk to t4 where there was a tube station and bus depot. Staff was very helpful. Only 50 minutes to the centre of London via tube
The Heathrow Inn Hotel has now become my home from home - staff always super friendly and helpful. Very conveniently located not far from Uxbridge and Heathrow 😊
The hotel itself is really good. Very clean and the staff are fantastic. Location for us was fabulous for wanting a day in London and a day at Thorpe park.
